You may know from previous years, there are a group of Christmas Lights Elves who like to reward households for their lighting efforts during the festive season with anonymously deposited certificates of appreciation.
In the past this has only covered a few roads but WHERA have been in touch with the Elves’ agents and we hope that they will cast their net across the whole of WHERA this Christmas – we look forward to seeing everyone’s efforts.
